With the addition of webmail to BIGRED we've tried to automate/simplify the
tasks and, more importantly, some of the problem resolution with accounts on
BIGRED.
Since getting ahold of a person to fix your BIGRED problem isn't always immediately possible we've made three of the basic account functions available through the What About Me (WAM) server. Essentially, you authenticate and identify yourself through WAM. That way we know not only which of the 99 J Johnson's you are, but since you used your nRoll pin to get into WAM we also know that you actually are Janet Sue Johnson and not just someone who wants to read her email. Here are some of the most common problems that happen on BIGRED. Clicking on a problem gives you a page describing the usual way to get things going again.
