The webmail program is running on a Linux box so some attachments, like
Microsoft Word documents, can't be viewed. At least they can't be viewed
inside of webmail. You simply need to download the attachment to the PC you are on first then view it using the applications available on that PC. To download an attachment click on the little disk and pencil icon on the right side of the attachment information. |
