Deleting email inside of the webmail program is a three-step process.
Messages are selected with the checkbox on the left of each email.
Those messages are marked for removal by clicking on Delete
on the line above the Date line.
Messages marked for removal disappear but can be viewed in the
Virtual Trash folder in the drop-down box in the upper left
of the window.
The deleted messages can be Undeleted or removed
permanently by clicking on Empty Trash folder, same
line as Delete but to the far right.
You can Undelete messages as long as you have not
done the third Empty Trash folder step.
